Hand off one task.
Not the whole job.
When you’re the one coordinating someone’s care, whether it’s a parent, a child, or a partner, asking for help shouldn’t be another chore. Tag In emails one task to your team: family, friends, neighbors. Whoever replies first takes it, and you see who.
Sarah’s copy (Mike gets one too)
Pick up Grandma’s prescription
It’s at the CVS on Main. Ask for the refill under her name.
Due: Thu, Nov 6, after 2pm
Just reply to this email to take this off jordan@example.com’s plate.
Sarah replied
Got it, I’ll grab it Thursday on my way home.
You get Sarah’s reply. Mike gets a note that it’s covered. Nobody downloads anything.
How it works
- 1
Write it down
One task, in your words. Add a note, a day, and who it’s for if you like.
- 2
Send it to your tag team
Family, friends, neighbors. They get a plain email from Tag In. No app, no account, no password.
- 3
The first reply takes it
You see exactly what they wrote. If it’s really a no, reopen it and send it again.
Quietly keeps track for you
- A Sunday summary of what’s open, who has what, and what’s overdue.
- A reminder the evening before to whoever took a task.
- Private to you. Your list, your notes, and the people you care for stay on your side. Your team only sees the one request you send them.
Put it on your home screen
It opens like an app. No app store needed.
iPhone or iPad (Safari)
- Open Tag In in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open it from your home screen and sign in there. Use the 6-digit code from the email, since the link opens in Safari instead.
Android (Chrome)
- Open Tag In in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
- Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app), then confirm.
- You stay signed in: it shares your sign-in with Chrome.
